Dude, let's not go down this road again on this forum. YOU need to understand that Spook has paid for the service that you offered and has every right to expect exactly that.

If you are not in a position to offer a reliable service then either don't offer it in the first place, or at least make it clear in your advertising that your service is likely to be unreliable.

As for me, I am still waiting for a report and any evidence in the serps that you have done anything at all. When you have finished with your 20 hour flight perhaps you would be good enough to provide me - YOUR paying customer - with the service that I have paid for, or a refund.
