andreyg13 Hi there. I'm trying to use private proxy on my ForumBot(never used private before) and getting a "Please Enter a valid Proxy Server" error. By the way I do need any user names and/or passwords to use my proxies. Do you have an idea what might be wrong?
One more thing is that many profiles fail to register even when capture symbol is entered correctly. What am I doing wrong?
Regards.
One more thing. I just switched to windows 7 and the Auto Capture test fails to show anything, but four blank boxes. Followed your advise:
"If you are running it on Vista or Windows 7 you should right click on the exe file, hit properties and change the compatibility mode to windows xp sp2 and tick run as administrator. If it still won't work, please delete the license file, start forum bot and resend the activation code and email adress to me through PM." Did not help.
I cannot PM you.
Hope your friend is OK.
The current version only supports the format IP

ORT
The next version will add the ability to use IP

ORT:UN

Sounds like you are missing several files as well as a host of other things with your setup. PM myself or Andrei and we'll get you sorted.
will the captcha feature updates as well ? ... because this is not tooo good at the moment. you had a new release on the sniper. that will be included when we get a new version here.
See comments below, however, yes some algos will be synched with captcha sniper code which will result in better accuracy and ultimately fewer BRUTE FORCE retries.
Looks very promising, too bad there is no trial available... :-( I'll definitely buy it if I'd pleased with it.
P.S. the current version is 2.6, is that correct? What version will it be at the end of the next update?
Sorry, theres no trials currently. the next version will be hmmm 2.7?
hi i also have your forum bot software for quite a while now.the problem i am facing currently is that every time i try to use my own customized list the registration success rate decreased significantly.i even tried the list with senuke x,ABB & i had much higher success rate then forumbot.hopefully on the next update you will have a solution on this issue along with adding some minor tweaking which i know you already have in mind.BTW will we(who purchased this software)get notification when the update is done or do i have to keep an eye on the thread for that.thanks for such an amazing software & keep up the good work
Make sure you're comparing apples to apples .. I beleive the only common footprint that both Nuke and Forum Bot have is SMF. And I'll put Forum Bot against SeNuke any day for SMF and Nuke will get ... well ... nuked

As for ABB, are you kidding me.. lol that ubot app? lol
Bottom line is use the footprints in the about box. Combine that with a list of at least 10-15K additive keywords in your scraper. Plug that list and walk away with 2-4 links easy.
You will be emailed when the update is complete.
Hi developers,
How's Mike coming along? Is he still having health problems? I decided to forgo my problems with your software to respect Mike the programmer's health situation. Nevertheless, being a customer can you please update us on any developments, since you have updated your other software captcha sniper?
Getting better slowly. I appreciate that and so does my health. Forum Bot is creating massive ROI in its current state for many users .. yes an update is on its way, but no reason not to use it now. Its being worked on as said before.
I bought this last month, I think I will transfer to my dedi and try it on that.
Do I just email you to transfer?
Yes, simple as that, we'll be glad to take care of it for you.
The captcha is pretty bad, it fails on almost everything for me..
For most medium to complex captchas, captcha solving using OCR is rarely 100%, which is why bots that employ OCR for solving captchas also use BRUTE FORCE retries for form submission. Each captcha within Forum Bot has a threshold set for it and this is based on the success rate of the captcha. So if the success rate is roughly 50%, we set the retries to around 3-4 so that 100% captcha solving is acheived.
Also bear in mind that just because you see a succesful captcha solve, the submission can fail for literally hundreds of other reasons.
