I must admit the past few weeks Ive had no reports, and from what i can see backlinks have been slow in coming.
Ive noticed the effect on my serps. I work in a niche where fluctuations are weekly and not mnthly so if backlinks stop i see the effects one week on.

But ive used black hole 2.0 for a while and happy with results (up until two weeks ago) and Matija is usually very good at communicating so Im willing to allow some more time. Hopefully its just becoz of the new updates that the disruption to normality has been.

Overall happy with service but just hope that with the update out the way way can resume normal service.

Edit:ihave 8 packages ...4 received reports (some incomplete tho) and 4 have received no reports for 2 weeks.

I am now entering the second month.

First month - absolutely no results from your service. All my keywords are either un-ranked or in positions above 200+ on google for medium competition keywords.

Your reporting is excellent, but i question the SERP results of your service.

I chose to give you guys another try because it seems like penguin update hurt a lot of people so i will give you a fresh start. I will have you guys work on my 2 main keywords for the entire month. If i still dont get any results from a further 200$ investment after this month, i am going to have to give you a negative review and will no longer use your services. So far the $200 i have invested with you guys have not yielded any result and i am honestly dissapointed.

blackholeseo was the ONLY seo service i have used for this site so far. It is a new domain about 2 months old.

If you can prove that your services are actually worth the price i pay, i will subscribe my 2 other money sites to your service. However you`re gonna have to do better than what i`ve observed so far....

We're gonna change the reporting system as for some reason some costumer can't get to their files so to avoid any further confusion we'll be sending them over.

Hi, please can you clarify something.. Your updated service says it is bi-weekly so how does that effect the dashboard? Do we only update that bi-weekly then? The original service was kinda perfect for me as it allowed me to rotate the urls and thus work on lots of keywords for different urls.

The amount of sites / KW's won't change at all. So in 2 weeks we'll work on 2 URL's + 4 KW's, only the reports will come in every 2 weeks

Sorry still a little confused...me being thick!! So basically you are saying that we still give you a URL and 2 keywords per package and you run this over two weeks instead of the current one week. Is that right?....in which case we carry on as normal...yes?
