How many private proxies do i need and where is the best deal? :)

Hi Godspeed,

Thanks for your interest in our program. Private proxies are not required, but some users do prefer to use them, while others do not bother with it. If you wanted to use private proxies, I recommend at least 10 of them. I use SquidProxies as my provider, and you can find a link inside the software to them.
Let me know if you have any other questions! :)

Thank-you

REVIEW

Josh was nice enough to allow me to try out this software. Here is an honest review of my first impressions of Keyword Scout.
When you first open up the program there are quite a few options. Check out quick start guide and you?ll be setup in no time.

Key Features:

  • Keyword Scraping ? I used private proxies and my scrape was fast! The speed is just night and day compared to my Market Samurai. You can scrape relevant keywords from Google Keyword tool based on Broad, Exact, or Phrase with all the useful goodies such as all in title, anchor and url. There?s a neat profit potential score based off based off the monthly searches and CPC. It will also return all the available domains.

  • Keyword Generation ? Don?t have keywords or ideas for a new site? Well this feature is just awesome if you want to get started with Amazon Associates. They scrape product keywords off Amazon. Just with my short test I?ve found a few gems with matching available domains that look incredibly easy to rank.

  • Data Filtering ? There are a ton of filter options for the scraped keywords. Scrape a huge list of keywords and you can drill down to the profitable ones in a snap.

  • SEO Competition Analyzer ? One of the most important add-ons. Quickly check if those profitable keywords are easy to rank. You get to check all the usual on and off page factors such as Domain Age, PR, Page Backlinks, Domain Backlinks, DMZ, intitle, url, description, header, etc.

I?ve used both Market Samurai and Traffic Travis and this is a hands down win for Keyword Scout. This tool will not be leaving my belt anytime soon. If you are serious about keyword research, your investment will be made back in no time.

The domain checker is not accurate for me. It doesn't show all available domains.
Anybody else have the same issue?

I have had it for a week. It works well and is a great replacement for market samurai for me. Its very easy to use even without reading any instructions I was using it and getting data right away. Its also faster then ms too. I would encourage anyone who needs to do keyword research to get it.

What I like and appreciate a lot about Keyword Scout is its speed scraping keywords. It scrapes and presents keywords at a fraction of the time it take Micro Niche Finder. Its proxy scraper is quite nifty and usually gets me a couple of good proxies to use. But Keyword Scout works quite efficiently and fast without them -- if you're not one of those pedal-to-the-metal type keyword scraper.

Keyword Scout is powerful, but easy to use -- it easily makes you forget the pain you suffered from Market Samurai. I also like the design of the software and how all the component are practically and logically laid out, and ready for you to select how you want it to work. I also like how it throws in several "Aha!" keywords at you that will open up a whole new niche ideas for you to go after. And if you just want article ideas for your niche, then Keyword scout will surely be your writing muse.

Keyword scout packs a lot of keyword searching muscle, and its drill-down functions are always there to go the extra mile for you. It can scrape the keywords you're after, but after it delivers the keywords, it offers you the detail tools that will help you mine niche gold. Since I got Keyword Scout, I've been using Micro Niche Finder less, and Keyword Scout more. It's fast and responsive, and delivers the research I need quickly and on demand. It also has several separate apps, namely Google keyword suggester, LSI keyword research, and SEO competition analyzer. Oh, did I forget to mention it also scrapes product keywords from Amazon?

This is a must-have tool for IM success!

Yeah I like the "ahhh" keywords too. I was just messing around with one of my sites to see what data it produced vs what data I already had and it gave me a couple of keywords that I didn't even realize I should be targeting!

So even though I haven't used it hardcore yet its already producing results. Love the micro niche facet too, its already targeted to good settings out of the box and didn't have to mess with it for what I was doing.

Good tool but I'd like the option to return results as if I had checked "Only show ideas closely related to my search terms".

Thanks for the kind words everyone. Please, if you have any questions, email me: support(AT)keywordscout.com

could i suggest another feature for the keyword generator, the program currently generates random keywords from amazon*com, could we have a choice to scrape from amazon*co.uk

I've been using keyword advantage from NPC for over 3 months and found it one of the best keyword tools for me (I have found niches and easily ranked in them) but want to move away from there subscription. Has anyone else used it and can compare it to keyword scout.

I also have MA and TT but seem to get the best results with KA

Is anyone having any issues with this program - I can't scrape keywords it logs into adwords but never retrieves anything and I have tried multiple logins and no captchas are displayed in my adwords accounts - just checking whether its just me, the software or Google. TIA
