We can create accounts with your country specific IPs/Proxies, though price will be little more but we have tested it already with one customer that was from India and results were good. Accounts weren't banned and videos were live since 1 week, after the upload. And he had used his local Indian IP (dynamic) for uploading these videos.

But, please make sure that our guarantee period is for 72 hours for unused bad accounts and after 72 hours we don't provide any support (though accounts work after that, but guarantee period is limited.)

This option (GEO Targeted YT PVA) is available for almost all countries (If we have access to there country's IP/Proxies). For details please visit our website or post here about your query.

I have placed an order, hopefully you guys work since my last providers accounts needed to be re-phone verified after I got them. Any reason as to why this occurs, I didn't use a proxy either.

And reason is that you are using all accounts on same IP.
Use USA Private proxy (if you are going to purchase normal YT PVA).
If you have dynamic local IP then let us know your country and we'll delivery you GEO Targeted YT PVA, which you can use on your local DYNAMIC IP.
But don't use all accounts on same IP please. Otherwise, it won't be your provider's fault but your own.
