This is nonsense. I have delivered your order on 26th September, 2013. It is in my record. And you have started dispute for damn 3 bucks. You shall have asked me once that why your order is not sent till now.
I had answered your last email that you'll get them in next 24 or 48 hours I think. It was delivered within that time.
Now if you have not received it, is not my fault and you have not even dared to ask for it again.
And now a dispute!

DUDE, you shall check your junk/spam folder. It's in my record I can show you on Teamviewer my sent items. File was sent on 26th.

I'm really disappointed because you were my old customer and you have started dispute without giving me a chance to explain!

P.S: Your order is delivered within our given ETA of 4 to 6 working days. You had placed order on 20th September and we delivered on 26th September (in 5 working days ~ exclude Sunday).
