Our content has improved greatly, and we are using some new themes, and now our graphic headers are improved as well.

Our service is still the same as far as what we do for you, but the content overall is much improved, and our customer service is much more hands on now.

We will help with ad placement, etc for those who are not familiar. I will also make some banners for customers that want a few custom banners for cpa / clickbank type offers. We are considering some huge new additional services for our customers but those are not ready to roll out yet.

We prefer you to install WP on your domain for us, then we build a site from the ground up. If you can't install WP and your host has simple scripts or cpanel, we will install WP for you and go from there.

We build sites from the ground up, we typically don't add to existing sites, hope that answers your question.

To be honest i want to try , but not sure , about this panda idea . Are you basically giving unique content .?

Why you think it will not need link building .

All sites that at No 1 are there because they have passed panda checks , mean until you are choosing easy competition , it is same as any other new website on sale with unique content .

Could you elaborate on your criteria to choose that unique keyword for your MNS's targetted to Adsense?

Specifically:

1. What is keyword minimum and maximum exact local searches range?
2. What is that of Adwords competition?
3. Minimum CPC? (perhaps you also consider a maximum)
4. Do you do any checking concerning CTR?
5. What about SEO competition?

It would be great to know in detail your approach on Keyword Research, as your MNS's rely so heavily in just 1 Keyword + Good Content.
