HI Everyone,
I bought one of these sites and this is my review.
Template 10/10
Plug - Ins 9/10
Articles 8/10 (not perfect but fine for a site bought like this.)
Couple of things I didn't like :
1. My Logo doesn't even say my site name - just has two words - would have preferred my site name.
2. The posts you need to add featured image/thumbnail to get the images to display - they could have done that when adding the posts.
3. Needs more Customization with extra plugins - and learning how to use the theme better as this theme can be made really nice with more work... it's pretty basic when you get it.
4. All Articles placed under one category.
So overall I'd give the service a 7/10 off the bat - which basically says it's above average and a good start for someone wanting or needing this type of site.

First, thanks for bringing up the featured image thing, you are right, we should be adding that so it looks better on the home page with the snippets and the ..read more links... We will start using those now I looked at your site and it is a big improvement.
Regarding the Logo, again a good point. We usually just use the keyword for the logo and in your case it was just 2 words. But I think we will start using the full site name to help the branding aspect- thanks for bringing that up! Most people have emds so this has not come up before...
We always place the articles under one category for the same reason the whole site is focused on one KW, it works.
I would be interested to hear which plugins you think are missing so we can consider adding them to future sites if they are truly needed.
