Non Verified Hotmails is Just created on hotmail server but that captcha is not solved which is asked by hotmail when u try to send the first email from that particular hotmail account.

And For verified hotmails that captcha is already solved. So that you can start sending email without facing that extra captcha. So if you are not using to send email you dont need verified hotmails. Non Verified hotmails can receive emails. I hope its clear to you for now. For further informations you can ask me again.
