OP designed a site for me. Good placement for ads and a great keyword with almost no competition and a couple thousand searches a day. Also the average CPC payout was over $1.50. Good service.

I must say, I am impressed with the site, the layout is great, its a popular search term, and I've already made some money off of it.

The best part is, I don't think I've touched the site yet, just a little bit of backlinking should shoot the site to the top of the rankings.

OP let me in on his review copies and I have to say that the quality was great. Good ad placement for improved CTR, clean yet professional looking theme with optimized images. Good (standard) onsite SEO that you would expect. Keyword had a couple thousand exact searches and average of $1+ CPC.

And, unlike many services I've used in the past, the article was actually well written.

I am definitly considering buying a large package from this seller soon.

So far this service has been very good. Bulgar picked out a keyword which fit the criteria but was in a niche I personally didn't like. He then immediately chose another keyword, one that I ended up liking. He was very kind throughout the whole process.

Everything was organized in a private thread on Bulgar's forum which was nice because it made everything easy to track.

The articles on the site were well written and passed copyscape. The site also included a privacy policy, about us, and contact us - which you need to have when using Ad*sense.

Overall I am pleased with the completion time, look and feel of the site - there's not doubt it will make money once I get it ranked.

Overall I would rate this service very well, 9.5/10 if I had to put a number on it.

I had ordered a site with SEO. I mentioned in a post earlier that it's my very first investment here. Here's my review:

TAT:
The site was completed within five days only which was well inside the promised TAT of one week.

Communication:
One of the great parts of his service. Being new to IM myself, I kept asking him not only site related questions but also other questions that were not related to his service. He answered them all politely and professionally. Moreover, he kinds of encourages to ask more questions.

Actual Website:
The completed website looks nice and clean, suited well for Adsense. It has all the necessary elements like the About Us page, Privacy Policy etc.

The Content:
The contents are well written and hits the point from the word go. If I was a reader I'd read till the end.

Now I just wait for the SEO to be done over 60 days of time. I personally expect to see some earning toward to 20 or 30 days. I'll keep you guys posted for who are interested to see some earning.
