I am currently 2 spots below page 1 on google and hoping to get bumped up there soon. I have done a bit of offsite SEO on this but it has only been about 2 weeks, so it moves well.

Couple thousand searches a day? Or did you mean month? Couple thousand a day doesn't like a micro niche site, lol.
