Since there are sites alread ranked on the first page...i think its very important for you to tell people what these sites are currently earning for them to at least have an idea of the metrics. I have seen a few questions about this and vague/avoidant answers. OP, please provide a guidepost for this info.

OP delivered the keywords and i liked them. they were just as he sold them. i didnt like one keyword just becuase of a habit of mine and asked him if i could have another one. He replied quickly and gave me a even better keyword. I am satisfied and will be returning to purchase more. Thanks OP

1st page ranked sites are earning $10 to $20 per month. If it ranked to 1st position average site is making $20/per month.

Once sub keywords are ranked to first page avarage site is earning $30 to $50 per month.

If you want to make sure this See below calculation. That is how we are calculating SEO potential for big projects. Because SEO is a long term investment we have to make sure the ROI.

Exact searches per month = 1000
Visits per site if no1 in Google = 1000 x 40% = 400
Average CPC = $1+
Average ctr( from experience) = 10%
Clicks per month = 40
Average earning per click = $0.5
Average earning per month = $20

Once you are site on first page you will get additional clicks from long tail keywords and that will increase your earnings.

You forget the fact that the CPC is AdWords CPC (Cost!) .. so actual earnings from adsense is 68% of that..

Hey Man, Read the Post carefully before posting anything, I am not doing this to learn. I got parameters as below

Average CPC = $1+
average earning per click = $0.5 that is 50% from the adword cpc.

Have you ever try to do this calculation.
