Shouldn't be anything wrong with the trial. If you could PM me the exact error message Ill see what I can do to get it working for you. Did you try changing the time after installing the update? And by crashed automatically do you mean it closed after telling you your trial time had ran out?

yes ofcourse it closed and told that trial period had runout. No i didn't change the time after installing update :) ...Check your PM for msg!

Hi there, what are the comment targets? are they all wordpress? Also, what are the comments posted from?
Many thanks

Okay....I just bought NHSEO and am in the process of setting up my first trial run of the tool. I don't understand why there's a separate place to enter keywords and anchor text. Shouldn't the keywords you want to rank for be the same as the anchor text you use? If not, why would you want them to be different?

The comment targets are generally wordpress based with some other comment plugins supported such as commentluv, keywordluv, nofollow free and topcommenter. The comments are taken from a comments file that is continues hundreds of thousands and probably millions of variations so there is no chance of other linking profiles having a similar footprint.

Alternatively you can add a custom comments files for any profiles (have a different list for each profile if you want) if you wish to use your own relevant coments, spinning is fully supported in this.

No Hands SEO has been made to be as easy to use as possible whilst still giving the user more control if they want it. I have been updating NHSEO very regularly, adding lots of features, as any long time user will agree and I plan on adding lots more as time goes on.

Not necessarily. For instance if you want to target blogs in a niche that is more susceptible to having comments and trackbacks set to auto approve, here the anchor texts would be totally irrelevant to the website you were trying to get links for. Also you can target more general keywords and have very specific anchor texts for targetting the less competitive long tail keywords, this keeps your numbers of relevant links much higher.

The anchor text box can be spun to create any number of variations easily but spinning keywords for searching is not ideal as you may get the same keyword multiple times or not get all variations of that keyword which would limit the potential targets returned.

That is some reasons why you won't often be using the same keywords as anchor texts, I know from experience I very rarely use similar keywords to anchor texts mostly because of being able to spin the anchor text.

Is there an easy way to get a list of the links that were successfully created (trackbacks and comments)? I'm in the log and it is too large to spend time trying to find the comments that were successful. The ones that I tested where it says it posted I go to the URL but my comments aren't there.

Yeah, there is a really easy way to output all types of links, all you have to do is stop posting and then right click on one or more profiles and then choose "output links" and then choose the type of links you want to output.

You can output targets, webpages posted to or confirmed links and then you can choose what source of link or all.

The reason you are not seeing links on the "posted" urls is because not all blogs are set to auto-approve comments and trackbacks so not all will automatically have links posted. If you have link checking enabled, as default, NHSEO will check every post to see if a link was automatically accepted, these are added to your "confirmed" list. NHSEO will also ping these confirmed links automatically, unless turned off in the settings.

It is a good idea to run the link checker every couple of weeks also to pick up those comments that are accepted at a later date, the link checker will auto ping if you choose that option also.

By adding my own comment database can I also disable the built-in one?

Yes you can, using either the "Advanced" option when adding / editing a profile or by using the "Profile Handler" to edit a profile to add the comments file.

Awesome looking tool! I read through the thread and your site FAQ but just wanted to clarify a few things.

In the profiles I see you can add a URL as either a website or page. If it is added as a page, then it will just make blog comments relevant to that page for the entered keywords is that right?

If a URL is entered as a website that has, say, 20 posts, and I enter all 20 keywords that I'm targeting as the keyword and anchor text, then it will build links to all of the 20 posts (and I guess other pages like About, Contact) with a randomly selected keyword and anchor text?

And I saw that the rate was about 1000 per hour with at most 20% approval rate, so that would be around 200 links to a page per hour, or 10 links to each of the 20 posts of a website per hour (roughly)?

Just wanted to get an idea of how it works. Downloading trial now, but this sounds very promising!

You could just overwrite the included comments.txt file but that is not a good idea unless you are very capabale of writing massively spun comments files reliably, you would probably be better off adding a custom file per profile.

It will just post comments and trackbacks and do the link checking and pinging, it will not do any of the crawling or whois posting (whois sites only accept domains so this would be pointless) if a profile is set as a page.

If you just enter in the website profile with keywords and anchor text it will choose randomly from them yes, but you can enter in different anchor texts per page using the profile handler very easily, this way each page can be promoted using your desired anchor text. The crawling of pages can be limited or unlimited depending on what you set it, so if you only wanted to bookmark 20 specific pages you could limit the crawling and just add in your list of pages.

It can post around 1000 comments/trackbacks/whois in an hour if checking, pinging and some other more time consuming task are turned off and your connection is not terrible. With checking and all these other things features enabled (were not included at the time of the video being made) your number of posts per hour will change. Currently each profile runs in its own thread and as such these numbers are per website / page, so if you have 10 profiles entered you would be seeing these numbers x10.

Im sure you will see what the tool is all about and how rediculously simple it is to use.

Exciting tool! Playing with it now. Seems excellent to drip feed links to the tier websites....

A feature suggestion for 1.6: a setting to specify min PR and OBL on a per profile basis. So i can add a money or top tier site and set max settings to receive only very few high quality links per day and a lot of backlinks for the other profiles.

This is actually in my list of feature additions but it may not make it to v1.6, I will implement it into v1.6.x.

Thanks for the suggestions, if you have any more just post them. I am always open to suggestions for improvements.

What settings per profile are you waiting for?

I thought you mentioned there was upcoming support so each profile can have it's own set of settings? Also, is there any plan to implement crawlers like linklicious?

And I just noticed I'm a few version behind. I usually run this 24/7 without turning it off for weeks at a time, is there a way to get an alert or notice that there's a new version? Or build in an auto updater?

Hi,

I have downloaded the trial of this bad boy and am giving it a whirl at the moment. I notice in an earlier post, the ability to load your own comments into the program. I have looked everywhere but am unable to find this. ?

Ps. If all goes to plan, I will be purchasing at the end of the week. I have SB, but like the ease of this tool as an additional tool.
