No worries. I would like to point out before you order, since our popunder loads in a full page iframe popunder (currently) Adsense won't track all of the hits. It and GA are not reliable at tracking iframed traffic.

The traffic isn't terrible, you just ordered the wrong package for your goals. As stated in our FAQ and the OP, the traffic package you ordered comes from iframes. The niche chosen may not have been the best either. Expecting that to convert at a high rate is un-realistic. Trying a service like our Traffic Wizard, may have provided better results for you. Although when it comes to receiving traffic from different sources, you can't expect the same results. For example, you could have a great conversion rate from organic traffic, but then run an ad campaign on Adwords and see poor results. That's why it comes to buying traffic it's best to always start small, test and test some more, until you find what works for your site, then scale it up.
