Would I be able to link the traffic to a page where there is a adult picture? Lets say if i use imagetwist (it gives me money per view) would i be able to do that?

Yes we accept adult picture, you need to make sure that imagetwist or similar service complies with our ToS.

Simply because they have installed a script that is incompatible with our traffic delivery system.

Yes only one referal will appear, but methods do exist to fake them, although I don't recommend it for CPA offers.
We do have a food niche yes!
