1. The referrer will be our stats tracker (type bit.ly) or it can be hidden.
2. The website will displayed in an iframe, and in a new tab if the visitor clicks any link on page
3. It shouldn't be an issue as long as it doesn't contain any framebreaker.
4. The cheapest package is $12 for 10K, that can be found on our website.
