The only reason to be unsatisfied is if you're tracking the traffic with Google Analytics only. It's a highly unaccurate tool and will only track a partial % of our traffic. The best way is with server logs (Awstats). Customers using Awstats always get the results they expect.

What are the chances that these visitors will do that?
How long does the visitor actually stay on the site they're visiting?
Was hoping out of the 11,500 unique visitors, I would get at the very least 100~200 signups to make this worth it.

Basically, I'm seeing only 10% of visits your stats shows. While that isn't much of a problem to me, adsense is also seeing only 10% or less, which is kind of an issue.
Not sure if this is expected, but just wanted to mention it. I bought 10K as a test package, anyways.

I can't give any estimation on results, as it mainly depends on site content and appeal to visitors. That's why it's good to test a small package and see if it suits your needs.
Now on average visitors stay at least 30 seconds, and I do hope you get the results you need
As I was saying earlier, the best way to track our traffic is with your server logs, Analytics is not an accurate tool and will miss out a lot of our traffic. Please check this article regarding the matter :
