@Busrunner - We write content in english only, but we can have Anchor Text in any language .. we have done similar posts to German, French and Italian language sites and has worked well.

Make sure you mention in the keyword the proper english translation of your keyword, so we can get the content right...!

I'm here to vouch again for the OP's service. The Chinese New Year holidays has made me a lazy man, that I did not update the review thread that I created for this service. It does not help that the Indians are also having on and off festivals during this time too. So the project was a little delayed and has to be dripped longer than expected.

I am also waiting for the SERPs to stabilize, as they are dancing a bit here and there. My other websites are also taking up a lot of my time.

All in all, this is a great service and is one of the more affordable ones that actually works. The OP is also responsive and is easily reachable for enquiries. Wishing the OP and this service a very good 2012!
