Okay, this is my next purchase for SEOing my site. I've got 2 sites, one very new and only a little SEO, but the niche is a bitch and the competition is a bigger bitch, but if I stick with it should see some regular results in a year.

Nothing is 100% Panda-proof nowadays but I am currently running more than 30 projects at any single point in time (up to 40+ sometimes) and people keep coming back for more, so I guess it works for them right now.
Panda updates are mostly about crap content and we create highly spun but still very readable articles. Two per blast for different tiers. You can see the example here http://www.seoblasts.com/sample.txt Assuming your on-site content is OK...

The method we use is a whitehat SEO energized by blackhat SEO. The blackhat
part supports whitehat links, helps them get indexed and send link juice
to them. Whitehat links do make the money site rank. There's no direct
blackhat links going to money site. Hope it helps.
