This is a 2 part review of this service. Part 1 will be a review of the setup and communication of the service and part 2 will be a review of the results.
I placed my order around 2 weeks ago and it has just finished today. The basecamp project management account was set-up up straight away (I use basecamp my self and find it very useful)
The to-do list showed a complete breakdown of all the blast items separated into projects and then listed on the calendar so I could track exactly what was going to be done and when.
The blasts where then completed exactly as they had been scheduled on the calendar and all corresponding reports where then uploaded to the files section for me to download and review.
When my blast was fully completed I then received a full report which was again uploaded to the files section and everything that had been used in the blast was included, all pdf, articles, spun articles, video etc.
This is without doubt the most professionally handled paid BHW service I have used to-date (and I have used over a dozen)
The communication has been excellent at all times, in fact there has been little need to communicate becasue everything was mapped out and scheduled for me to see and the dates where adhered too.
The only thing that remains now is to check over the next week or so what affect this has had on my rankings, I really hope it helps push me up from my current position at number 12 because if this does work then it will be a stress free method for me in the future.
I will check back next week and let you know how the rankings have been affected. I know it may need another blast or two to push me to page one but fingers crossed.

I recommend one. I do two pages per blast when someone orders a few blasts
for the same site (one root domain and one inner page). More than that
will dilute the link juice too much.

Actually, answering the question, this service worked through all Panda updates and still
work well. What I've notices is only that it now take Google a little bit more time to
"digest" links and generally you need to do a bit more promotion.

Would you recommend a few regular blasts for a new domains? or just the one?
I am just worried about my backlink profile growing too quickly and being seen as spammy.. what do you reckon? I might just experiment with it and see what happens.. would be nice to see where this service could take a site with no previous work done anyways.

If you have a new site and competition has thousands of links you'll need
more than one blast. Your backlink profile won't grow too fast with this
service. If you look at the link diagram, first tier of links is pretty compact.
There's no direct blasting of the money site.
