So what happens if the guy making the offer here shuts down his servers. I mean the server where he hosts all unique domains on unique ip's and only 50 outbound links = 50 customers.

This is recurring offer.
By this you have guarantee that as long as I have subscribers, I can afford to host and manage this.
If I would charge only one-time fee then you could be worried, but thanks to having long term memberships we will have possibility to be here even for years.

You can pick 1 url or multiple urls. You can spread juice between them as long, as they are hosted on same domain.
We do not accept subdomains, but inner pages are OK.
We can first focus on lets say 20 keywords, or even better - category pages, and then move from there.
