Question for you Bart. I'm in network #1 and I wanted to ask you about this:

1: Money site - your main site where you will set all outbound links to no-follow in order to catch SEO juice in a trap.
2: 1st tier of 200 unique .com/org/net websites (added over 2 months for natural effect), each creating tens of highest quality pages of content. Each website has only 50 outbound urls.

We are building few hundred thousands backlinks a day.
As a matter of fact I will send to all members example of what we build in maximum week time.
I cant send them every so as extracting backlinks takes 3-4 times longer than posting them in many cases, so I would need 2 extra servers and 1 extra person just to extract and check live links.
Also to check links I would refer to Majestic SEO. Its pretty good tool for checking up backlinks (they have their own crawlers).
But once again - I will send example report for 1 site within few days if that helps
As an extra - we are upgrading 1 of our servers to 1 Gbps to handle workload, and we will try to build even more links (we will slowly start adding Xrumer links too to 2nd tier - for now we are using mostly Scrapebox).
As of internal linking - we do link to category pages (20% of backlinks - this is due the fact we want build up main page authority first, so it looks natural, we will start adding more backlinks to inner pages within 1-2 weeks).

Yes, 1st keyword will get the most juice.
2nd, 3rd and so on keywords will get less power, thats why use most difficult keyword as your 1st one.
If you rank for keywords:
cars in Alaska
cars in Moldova
cars
Your 1st keyword should be "cars" as it is most difficult.
