IMO for a new site a 20k SB blast will not look very natural for the search engines. The Social Bookmarks are definitely looking naturally and less spammy and from my experience they really help your website and you also get direct traffic for the bookmarking websites.
Now I don't want to discreditate other ppl here on BHW and their services but this is my opinion and that's why I offer this service.

I was given a free review copy of this service and I have nothing but awesome things to say about it. Here is a quick breakdown of the PRO's and CON's of the service:
PRO's:
- Excellent keyword research / Low competition Niche
- High EPC keyword's
- Professional website layout
- Well written content
- Social bookmarking helps the site get indexed quickly
- Low cost service, you can earn your money back in a few weeks if you are good with SEO
CON's:
- Domain name's may not be .COM/.ORG/.NET extension (I received a .biz)
Overall I loved this service and I am going to utilize it moving forward as it is very cheap to get micro niche sites setup for a great price. The only change I would like to see is primarily .COM domain exact match domains, and .org/.net if .COM is not available. I have already earned just over $15 via Adsense from this site in 3-5 days, the earning potential is excellent if you spend a bit of money on seo services.
9.5/10, the OP is very attentive and has excellent customer service!

Thanks MrE for the review. I usually give out only .COM/.ORG/.NET EMD but in your case I opted out for a .BIZ.
In my experience there is no difference between these four extensions, but like I specified in the OP I am going to search for kwds that only have available
.COM/.ORG/.NET EMD.
