we have used your service several times. We have just gotten a google penalty for unnatural links. Our rankings has dropped. What should we do now? It has been reported that we have thousands of spammy backlinks. Order numbers are: 4923042738, 4939811679, 4956499953
If you have not started the last order, would you be able to give us a refund for that? We don't want to be penalised even more.

Yeah coz i dont want to work with you. You'd like to have sound results but you never even want to fix your site.
I have even clearly reported what problems your site has ( Fully duplicate content, Canonical problem, & they are direct top level terms ( medical ) like Viagra ( I told you it takes sometime to rank terms like that & you dont want to wait ) ) You did not even want to fix anyone of these & simply updated the ticket saying that "i see many similar sites ranking". If they're ranking like that they're fully spammed & you have to better hire a spammaster for that. I have also updated the ticket that i wont be working with you in the future. Good Luck!

It really doesnt matter... just make sure your site has 100% unique quality content.. use copyscape to be sure... you still need to ensure you have a quality onsite
seo in order to maxmise from the work they do.. it does work trust me, iv spent well over a few thousand dollars on here.. and good reason

Coupons, im not very sure 3 week old site - took the half nuclear package - informed Deadly SEO that the site was new.
After 2 weeks the site was ranking on the first page for nearly all the keywords.
Week 4 looks like it has been penalised by Google - i have no GWT set up etc but now all my keywords are on page 5-6.

Our site got penalised as well after using deadly seo. We however had GWT. Deadly seo couldnt do anything for us. However please use this guide by Extrawinner "Guide to "Google Webmaster Tools notice of detected unnatural links"
Deadly seo could you please send us our latest reports as requested. We need to compare the backlinks. We looked through our back links that google webmaster tools showed us and we found some porn back links. I want to find out who would use porn backlinks to our site as we only used your seo service.
We also put our site through majestic seo and it came back with 14,000 back links. Did you guys do that much or did someone use negative SEO on us?
