no reply for the support ticket since from many days

I believe your question has been answered clearly. I have told you that the anchors we use are mixed & chosen by us for the best results & you ask us to compare with other clients projects asking to show an example.
I have also advised that the campaign is not even complete & asked you to hold on while told you to take care of the fully copied content on the target pages & the canonical URL issue which affects ranking. I have also added the fact that the terms are MEDICAL terms & they need more time to rank than usual. It seems that you dont want to hear & want to make some rant over here. You already have a dispute & this is the first dispute we have in the last 6 months & you just opened a dispute without even waiting to hear back.
I feel worthless in working with someone who doesn't understand the effort we put in. If you'd like a refund just let me know please ( I think you already have a dispute in progress ). Thanks for your understanding.

I have 5 campaigns submitted with O.P. - One campaign was submitted only a few weeks ago so i cannot comment on that.
For the current 4 campaigns (24 keywords) that was submitted over a month ago.
13 keywords out of 24 keywords ranked on the first page (See screenshots) and he is continuing to work on the remaining keywords so that they rank on the first page as well.
Here's the results:

Hi buddy, can you answer the following questions, I am sure will be helpful to all of us
1) How many links on average are drip fed each day on full nuke, and can we request different level of feed, like slow medium or fast drip feed?
2) are backlinks added and removed regularly across all the packages... for example if i order one package one month, i don't want the same links again if i order again?

1) The exact no of links per day cant be estimated however it's like 100-200 a day. Yeah you can ask for.
2) YES. Every week the list used is changed completely & it's a natural thing that we do.
Your ranks are gradually improving for all the keywords and im sure you see that. Please open a ticket for issues instead of using skype or PM's. The ticket desk is handled by a staff who gathers details from the person who does it & updates it for perfect info.
I get a ton of contacts everyday from skype, website form, PM's & tickets. I ask that you open a ticket instead of sending your question somewhere. It just gets lost. Please take 2 minutes of your time to open a ticket with your URL's & keywords.
