I wanted to know how this worked with facebook likes/tweets and if it possible to change it so it shows the locker on a per page basis or on a per domain basis (so a locker could show up once per domain and never again once its unlocked or per page).

Hi,

The coding has been done to take advantage of CPA offers.
Social sharing can be done with CLP, but if you were looking for an FB Like locker or a Pay with a Tweet-type locker, then, honestly, there are products available which have been coded specifically for those functions.

Yes, you can unlock the whole domain for a period of time, or set it to unlock only a page, and to reappear when either the page is refreshed, or the visitor navigates to a new page.

I know about those but I need CLP for the CPA purposes too, figured I'd use one script instead of two

Anyone tried using Brads Cpa redirector with this? It should work fine right? Just put the URL + magic number in to the locker. Anyone tried it?
 
bought this 3 days ago, never used or installed anything like this before had one problem at the end but they answered me straight away! and of course it was my stupid mistake. I loaded it up in my browser and created 2 gateways in literally a minute...checked my networks this morning and got some coin in there;) this is my first attempt at cpa should not be long till i have paid this off!

Hmm, i'd like to try this but i see 2 problems:

1. Incents are forbidden in many cpa networks
2. My conversion will be to high and i think that could get me banned, cause they know i do blackhat stuff.

Any way around this?

Not a problem if using CLP's timer to unlock.
But it IS a problem if you want to use postbacks.
The reason is that the destination url's in CPAR are static, but CLP appends subid's dynamically.
A solution which WILL work and, imho, is way easier to use than CPAR is the self-hosted fake referer I coded, and which is posted in a thread here (check the ones started by me) and in our private buyer's area.
This one will transfer the dynamic subids created by CLP.

Both of these are standard BH issues.
There are plenty of ways around them, you'll find all the advice you need in this regard on this forum.

CLP does not restrict you to running only incent offers, leaving it entirely up to each user how they would like to handle their own business.

If user's choose to do "blackhat stuff" then they will need to learn to do whatever may be necessary to cover their tracks, and in ALL "blackhat stuff", taking care of conversion rates is something that has to be dealt with if bans are to be avoided.

what if I have a site that is visited several times a week by the same users? Will this raise a flag with the CPA networks when they see the same person filling out the same offer again? How does Content Lock Pro deal with this issue?

If you email the support address posted previously, they should be able to help. You can use any network though, no need to stick with our recommendations.

You can set the length of time the site will be unlocked once they complete an offer. So it could be lifetime, and they will never see the locker again. The networks will just scrub these leads, so shouldn't be a problem. If you rotate enough offers, it's unlikely they would be presented with the same offer again anyway.
 
Hey, I'm looking to purchase this within the week. The only formidable issue that plagues my mind is, I'm very new to this stuff and CPA-based revenue generation in general and likely will have a lot of product-specific (Content locker pro) questions regarding use and implementation in the foreseeable future. Is this a issue, Dyson? Or can these issues be resolved in the support forum which is exposed I assume after you purchase CLP or by emailing the support address? Anyway thanks. Looking forward to be a customer.

Absolutely no issue - we have customers with a varied range of experience and backgrounds. You will either get help from other customers or from us personally if you have issues or need a hand getting started.

Haha, my bad. My brain is jumbled - barely got any sleep last night and went on a assault course too, lmao. No idea why I wrote that down.
