One question about your refund policy: for the 30 days, what proof is required? Just that I didn't make money or that I didn't use this tool correctly? I have an idea of what I'm going to do with this so it seems unfair that you guys would refund me money if my plan doesn't work.

Just be able to show a live site with the gateway and that you've actually asked for help to get it working (and haven't). If it's a CLP issue we're obviously happy to refund.

If it's something like: "I owe someone money so I need my money back" or "I installed it on a free blog, didn't apply to any networks or drive any traffic and I haven't made any money"... then it's unlikely we'll have much sympathy :)

Ok, I figured :)

Edit: so I ordered this but closed the window to register...how can I access it again?

My review so far...
BEST SUPPORT EVER!!!!
CLpro is awesome but their support is seriously
ABOVE & BEYOND!

I sent them an email yesterday and I got a really QUICK response just like I had the day before... I asked a few questions and literary I got a 5 paragraph response back explaining everything step by step! FKN AWESOME!

Looking great, I have some big plans on how to make this work for me and help me bank fast. I do however have a couple questions i need cleared up first.. Yes I have read this thread from top to bottom but I just need something clarified.

This is what CLP does from what i can gather..

So I have a site.
I use CLP to lock it.
I hop on to my CPA network and choose a CPA offer.
When a visitor arrives on my site they need to complete the CPA offer to unlock the site.

Sounds straight forward, I like it.

Question, How does CLP know the offer has been completed?

Lastly please PM me a list of CPA networks that work well with CLP.

Thanks,
Chris.

@zimsabre you can use POSTBACK like for example gaypal`s IPN service, or timelock

Chris,

You're on the right track!

CLP can either be set to postback or timer. If you're using postback, it will unlock once the user has completed the offer. Most advertisers will support this.

Other option is with a timer, so it will unlock after X seconds regardless of whether or not they have completed the offer. This is the quick and dirty way to do it.

Every network will work with CLP, as long as you get an affiliate link. Not everyone will support postback, but the majority do. We do have some recommended networks, but you are no means obliged to stick to them and we do recommend you spread out traffic and test different networks.

Cheers
Thomas

Thanks for the feedback Thomas, sounds great perfect for my needs. I have plans to send thousands of targeted traffic in a matter of hours to a locked page I do worry though would this not mean depending on the conversion of people completing the CPA offer I could theoretically have 500 CPA submits all with a 100% CTR in the eyes of the network? surely this could be flagged up as unreal spam and black hat marketing?

How would you avoid this? multiple offers on multiple networks?

It's good to spread out traffic across different networks and offers. Decent networks shouldn't be banning you for having a high CTR, they will only start asking questions if the offers don't covert for the advertisers. Until you're doing some serious volume, you should stay under the radar, especially if you're rotating offers.

Brilliant, one last question.. does CLP have the ability to turn on and off the locker popup with the click of a button? or is it a case of adding and removing the code from a locked pages source.

There isn't an "on/off" button per se, but there is a way to turn the locker on/off from the admin panel without needing to remove the code from a page.

is it possible to use this with ghostcpa..i was thinking of grab hold of ghostcpa along with CLPro.. i dont want users to go to other page :swordfigh
i m sorry if question is answered..i ddint read whole thread :(

Just purchased this the other day and while it was really easy to setup and all the features look good, the locker is not loading 9 out of 10 times for me because of a PHP memory problem.. It's using a LOT of memory.

Code:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 304252256 bytes) in Unknown on line 0
Anyone else have this problem or better knows a solution? I've already upped the limit in php.ini but I think its unusual for it to eat this much memory. I've never had this problem before

Thanks

Hey,

Not too sure what the issue is, but this is not normal, and has not affected any other user.
Please email support for after-sales issues like this, as that will get you the fastest response and speedy troubleshooting of any issues you may be having.

Thanks!

Silly question : how would this incorporated with something like Mgcash?

We haven't tried getting it to work with GhostCPA, nor with Mgcash, as they're not things we're using.

When there's a lot of interest within our userbase, though, we can generally code some workarounds to get things like these working.

What CPA networks are currently linked with CLP?

Hi,

None, is the short answer :)

CLP is a self-hosted universal locker, which will allow you to display offers from ANY network.

We do have a list of Networks we recommend, not necessarily because they approve of Content Locking, more so because they are decent Networks, which have long-standing reputations, are known to pay well, and offer decent support to their Publishers, along with good offers from decent advertisers.

That list is reserved for our buyers, and, with a few of the Networks on the list, we can assist with approval.
