What is your criteria for evaluating the keyword competition level?

I did exact searches with some of your keywords, and some of them have over 2 million results.

The competition is actually calculated based on number of sites ranking for keyword/optimized for keyword.
Its similar system to what Market Samurai uses - it is checking all top10 sites for how many links they have, do they have keyword in title/url and much more.

In your ebook, you advised us to not use hyphens in EMDs. Could you please explain why?

I would never use hyphens in URL. Its just based on my experience - I don't like them.
They often get reviewed and de-indexed.

How many subscribers do you limit this package to each month to avoid saturation and once it meets it's number, do you change the keyword packages?

Do you provide double digit CPC keywords (ie, $10 or more per click) in adsense?

Also, when you say low competitive keywords, exactly how much competition does that mean?
