Thanks for your questions. The articles are suitable for Ezine or any other submission sites you can think of. However, you should be aware that article directories have ways of accepting articles. Your article is not only rejected because of the problem of uniqueness. There are many other reasons which cause article rejection. We do not have any relationship with Ezine or any article directory but we write good articles to enable acceptance.
In terms of keyword density, we try to use what is good for the article to be highly ranked in the search engines. We also use other strategies that help the articles to rank well.
On the info required for the articles, just send your keywords and other instructions. You may send through PM or email.

I want to have articles in the following:
Keyword: "my keyword <location>"
Paragraph 1 about <location>
Paragraph 2 about service #1 in <location>
Paragraph 3 about service #2 in <location>

Last Paragraph summary of keyword in <location>
If that sounds ok I'd like to order 5 x 500 articles as a trial. If quality is good expect a order for another 50.

Thanks for your question. Of course, anybody can be specific about how articles should be written. Just make sure you send the instructions with the keywords when making orders.
