Hi,
I am always experiencing one problem. The system builds comments slower than it should be. For example if I set up 20 comments with 20 comments per day, and after 2 days it has built only 1 comment.
I always contact support to finish my campaigns as I have deadlines for projects. Support is great and always helps but this is starting to annoy me...
I am writing here just to know if I am the only one that is experiencing this problem...

Kazhkaz, I follow from what you wrote that support is always assisting on this matter.. we were making several changes to the core of the system I will believe that during such process a few campaigns were suffering problems.. If anything else presents please let us know we'll resolved it.

I don't know what kind of site is yours but in there FAQ section they have clearly stated:

            At this time, we do not allow campaigns to include outbound links to these niches.

Yes!! after all of the feed backs and after hard work our word is on the table. We added a new network in, 1,500 domains this time, 100% indexed!!

FAQ
Q.What Happen to the Old Network?
A. We still keep it online, we just no longer create links or comments there.

Q. If I create a campaign with 2,000 links to the same target URL what happens?
A. 1,500 Links will come from different domains... the 500 left will not..

Q. Are you going to add more domains in this new inventory?
A. Yes! We are "MANUALLY" filtering domains of our list. the first condition is that the domain is fully indexed.

Q. How Many more domains will you be adding?
A. We should reach 3,000 with in the next 4 to 6 weeks.

Q. My Campaigns are not moving forward why?
A. During the migration to the new Network for some reason some campaigns got paused. We worked really hard on this and we are convinced that this is not longer an issue.. But if this is your case, please contact Support and they will manually push it.

Q. Could it be that since the new network was added campaigns are not working well with the given schedule?
A. There should no be any type of problem. Contact support directly if you are seeing this.

Q. I checked my reports and I noticed that some domains are not index..
A. If this is the case then your campaign was runing while the "previous network" was alive.
The new network will apply for every new campaign that was created after August 1rst.


Q. I don't want to pay VAT.. do I have an option?
A. Yes contact Support they will offer a direct PayPal Link.

Q. If I want to "white label" this technology... Is it possible?
A. Yes it is .. please contact support they will guide you.

Q. What are all the cool features you offer with this?
A. We posted this already but if anyone just happen to read this below a quick list:

I just started to collect a list of wanted features for our PBL program.. I thought of sharing here as well..

We will not code any of the Options and or Features that you will send now.. but we will build a list, then vote and go from there..

Something that was asked to consider was the fact to make the "number of links per day" a "random" range..

So the first one goes into the list..

Safe Cart is the company we outsource all of our payments to (RevenueWire.com).
And if something wrong during the checkout process all you have to do is contact our support people and they will be able to solve any problem that might arise . . . simple as that.

Now... there is a phone number on the website, there is a ticket support system inside your account, and there is live cha, Skype and other IM clients . . . and alas you can always PM us here on BHW . . .

Kindly Call me, PM me or Skype me or send a support ticket there is not much I can do to ID your account and see what the problem is with your BHW user ID and this will be solved immediately.

You can add a few keywords for the system to 'search' articles with those keywords (this can work to 'niche') BUT! don't fall in love because if they are 'not found' then the comments will be placed at random.

I paid for a 2,000 package in May. After checking about 20 different domain pages on which my link appeared in May, all 20 no longer exist and redirect to a generic home page. Therefore, I expect a prompt refund for that May payment.

I also have been billed 5 more times at $99 each, with no word as to whether or not any of the original problems have been fixed. Basically, I have sent this company $600 and received nothing. I await an explanation.

After reading the last post, I quickly checked 4 links from a campaign from June and all 4 went to a generic home page. And all of the websites looked the exact same. What is the deal here?
