how many tier 1 links do you have now in LP?
linkpushing is good, however hitting my site (inner pages) with the same links from same domains over and over again will actually make rankings drop... tried LP.. it was effective until I hit my site with LP again and again

Google proper anchor text and let me know where you see my blog.. that is only backlinked using linkpushing. I NEVER recommend that one use only linkpushing but that will give you an idea as to how strong it is.
Linkpushing looks AMAZING. I had a site that started slipping from #1 position down to page 2 and 3, and to page 5 3 days back. I gave LP4 a try yesterday, and just after 5 posts, the site's starting climbing back in rankings! Too soon to say, but so far so good. No other backlinking has been done recently so it has to be this.
I'll probably do a case study on this.

You actually do want raw (naked) anchor as your anchor in some of your backlinks... that is a natural backlinking strategy

How effective are multiple pushes on the same page? If i did a new push once a month on the same page would for ex. I rank at spot 10, then 8, then 6? I know not exactly like that just wondering how effective it would be.

I use them to the same page periodically... in fact you can see an example of a page on my blog I used them for.. 3 -4 linkpushes I think total. Google proper anchor text and you'll see where the blog is.
As to where your site will rank there are way too many variables to tell you as linkpushing should not be your only off site SEO and you, of course, need to have good onsite SEO as well.
