They all are started automatically... I can "jumpstart" some if you are targeting different sites so you don't have to wait.

About 35% of our clients are SEO guys working for others and thus want their LPs started earlier than the built in randomness and that is why you see some guys asking for them to kick off sooner than the schedule.

I'm glad to do it as that is part of how we serve you.
