So I just logged in and tried to setup my first push for the current month I have paid and I when I get to the part of trying to Get Articles for the push nothing comes back. It's shows nothing has been retrieved. Is this part of the upgrade process that is going on right now?

Any ideas of when I can submit my pushes since I have paid for 12 this month and have 2 more weeks to setup all 12 of them before the next billing cycle?

It will be 100% shortly. Your LPs should have a number next to them indicating how many you used. A large part of the issue is that we are having some issues with the TBS API which is why we added the other 2 spinning services.

The process now is as follows
1. An article will be retrieved randomly from our own DB if there are any matches
2. If no matches are found, an article is retrieved from one of the article sites
3. If no matches are found there, the user will get the message "try more generic keywords"
4. If an article has been retrieved, it is spun using one of the spin services
5. If that fails, another service is tried and so on and so on.

I don't think you'll have an issue getting them in on time by any means.
 
hey greg, sent u an email re upgrading current subscription to a larger one while the service is down, can u check and get back to me on that? thanks ;)

I cant see this, I can see a number that tells me how many I bought.

EDIT: Yes I can see it now. Ive managed to get 87 away so far

I too was able to get one queued up.. Although, I was unable to pick my own article. Better than nothing. Now, if they will only start tomorrow and not remain stuck in queue. Keeping my fingers crossed.. Looking forward to the new improvements.
 
Perfect! I've finally been able to make my first submissions. On another note, would it be possible to extend my subscription another week since during my first week it was completely useless? I noticed each submission is spaced two days apart and I have 12 link pushes so the more time I have the better.

My account name is Altimit on there as well.

Ugh! Still not working for me! I got these errors:

Failed to retrieve article details, please try more generic keywords or contact admin
Could not download article, please try later

also, have managed to get some LP's set up now, article retrieval seems faster now! :)
can u kick off the queued LPs in the system now for me

I already made that upgrade in your account and will kick off your LPs.

We have 3 sources of articles now and several spinners as well to make things more random plus the server upgrade is a huge boost to the process.
 
Just thought ill mention that I tested LP on the words "car insurance" and not done any other links to that phrase (other than LP)

It was 118 its now 28

still no luck on seeting up pushes...
