I've had huge drops in my URL's yesterday and today, and I've only recently been putting Linkpushes to them, completed for 1 to 2 weeks now. I don't know if its related or just Panda, my pages have well written unique content and good on page SEO and no bad links.

If all you are doing is linkpushing you will experience dancing for sure and if all you are doing is backlinking my service you are not backlinking properly.

You need to do a balanced backlinking infrastructure for your sites in order to beat the "Panda" or any other thing that comes your way.

Good onsite SEO and proper backlinking using a variety of backlinks is how one builds a website to deal with any "changes" that Google comes up with.

That being said, 99% of my backlinking is only LPs but my sites are generally content heavy and I have not had any issues with my personal sites.

Build solid sites with unique content with proper backlinking if you are in this business for the long haul.

Build crappy sites without a solid infrastructure of backlinking if you are not.

From what I've been reading today it seems that those that had diverse backlinks, tons of content on their site, aged domains, etc. and all the stuff you mentioned still got hit by the latest Panda. There just doesn't seem to be a single factor that determines why a few didn't get hit, while many got smacked by the update. I mean how does an update wipe out all my sites in one shot if they all have something in common that affects them all.

I just don't think it is a lack of backlinks diversity or onsite SEO that is at play
here. People are reporting thin and content scraped sites are ranking on top compared to those with solid onsite and offsite SEO. There doesn't seem to be a common factor that we can pinpoint on why sites got hit, others didn't, and crappy sites got pushed up.

I appreciate your response. I do have a variety of backlinks and I add good unique well written content regularly. I do have relatively good on-site SEO and am not only using linkpushes for backlinking. This is on a PR4 site that has good infrastructure and is not a MFA site.

From what I've been seeing other people comment on, the latest Panda update seems to be affecting different sites of varying quality, which is what is puzzling. I am not blaming linkpushes, merely stating my frustrations.

How old is the site? How much content do you there? Do you use Adsense at all or any affiliate links on the site?

Site is about a month old, has about 20 blog posts (all unique, with pictures, seo-optimized).

Did you get hit by the latest Panda update last night? I had been using LP service for past 2 months and it had really helped all my sites get good rankings. Then last night all of them lost rankings anywhere from 5-10 spots in the SERPs. Several that were ranking on 1st page now moved to 2nd page. Trying to figure out if this is a temporary thing and they will bounce back or what.

I noticed the same drop yesterday.

The site which suffered the most significant drop was relatively big wordpress blogsite (100+ pages indexed). I haven't been adding new content for past few months and have been adding only new backlinks. May the absence of new content be the core reason of the drop?

Also I don't know what ya'll are on about. I've got one website in Google.com that I did a lot of link pushing with. It is sitting safely in its #1 position. It has perfect onsite SEO. My previous competitors have dropped off but I'm maintaining my position.

I suspect it is to do with something else other than link pushing.

That's what we are trying to get to the bottom of. It seems whether people had thin sites or huge sites with tons of pages/articles and unique content and diverse backlinks they got hit. I'm not attributing the hit on LP, but trying to find what it is that hit many sites and only a handful seem to have survived it.

I keep hearing about this and I find it interesting. My client websites seem absolutely fine; though you would expect that.

My personal websites are frankly rather lazy endeavours. The content is rather weak and thin. Yet it has "survived" perfectly fine. What was the anchor link diversity like? How fast do the websites load? Bounce rate?

Hi,

I am about to buy the premium LP service but got some questions:
it says:
12 Link Pushes per month with 60 properties)
Link Push. Get stuck in straight away with full access, We setup your articles and spin them for you

So is this 12 link pushes per site and keyword? or can i setup multiple keywords and mltiple site for this service? I have 4websites actually that i want to rank and say each website with 4keywords, will this service be enough for me? Am i doing each link push manually from your website? or will your system take care of the pushes i only fill out the form once and then you take care of it?

Each push is it's own entity so you can push 1 time each 12 sites with up to 3 keywords per site.

Ok sounds good, and i can also push the same site 12times as well? What is recomended as far as pushes goes? how many pushes per month is recomended per site and keywords, so lets say i have site1 with 3keywords what's the best practice on how many times to push this site with these keywords?

Bass,

I's great to see the new PN and Private 2.0s replacing the unreliable ones.

HOWEVER, i've noticed nearly ALL of the new PN blogs and Web2.0 blogs are NOFOLLOWED.

Wait, before we get into a SEO debate about nofollow...
These blogs are NOFOLLOWED with every link - including their internal links.
Meaning they don't even allow their own pages to get indexed .

IE. These new blogs are NOT even getting indexed by Goog.
Again, ZERO indexed pages - not even included in the Goog index when typed in.

Again, before we get into a debate about this.
I always have my handy SEOQuake toolbar and nofollowed links addon running for every page/site i visit.

Please, tell me that Kevin forgot to remove the nofollow all tags from these new PN blogs...
Otherwise, I'm missing the point and we DO need to have a debate on nofollow.

Thanks for the heads up; someone just emailed a copy of what you wrote here; that is an easy fix.
