I was on the single subscription package. I've already used the current month's link push, but I've just upgraded to the basic 5 pushes per month package.
How long before I can create another push? It's been about 15 minutes since payment. I'm getting the error "You have reached your limit of 1 for this period, you can create more from 2011-03-25".

Log out of your account and log back in... you should be ok.

They do not carry over to the next month but it is easy to make sure that you get all your linkpushes done... just sit down and set them all up at once and they will auto schedule for you and you don't have to do anything else until the next month rolls around.
BTB,
When you extend a Link-push, do you have any advice on which property to extend the push on? A 2.0 property with Do-follow links or a higher domain PR? Or it doesn't matter that much?

Another good question and I should have addressed that in the blog and on the video.
I split it up so that it doesn't look like all I am doing is promoting one or the other... I have some articles out there that are on crappy article directories from way back that clearly help my sites and some Web 2.0s that do the same thing.
The random chaotic variety that we build for you when you when we build a linkpush in our system can be even more powerful by the extended linkpushing you set up if you make sure that you spread the love around.
I even push some no follows to keep it as natural looking as possible.

No, we do not give you access to add to the existing Web 2.0 properties as we reuse the accounts that posted on and off to keep the accounts active and the posts alive.
You can build linkpushes to those web 2.0 properties and that would make them ore powerful using the extended linkpush process.
