Okay, I just subscribed to Premium service.
I read the FAQ section on your site but there is one question I didnt find an answer for. Is it possible to "ignore" the queue time? I understand it's good if you are making several pushes for one site, but since I got multiple sites to push, I dont really need a queue time between the pushes.

It's not possible to have them carry over but you can easily sit down and in 30 minutes set up all your linkpushes and they will start at various times over the course of a month.

It was down for about 15 - 20 minutes... it's fine now.
We believe all the ip changing from the ssl certification is now complete and things should be smooth going forward.

I've been wondering about something for a while now and I'm hoping somebody has some insight.
I have $100 to spend on link building and I obviously want the best bang for my buck. So which is better, subscribing to services like this or going out and trying to buy the highest PR and relevant one-way links possible? I forget the statistics, but I once read that a link from a PR3 site is = to 100's of PR1's, and so on. If thats the case, buying a PR7 link should blow away a linkwheel type system, shouldn't it?
Maybe a little insight on my site might be helpful. Its over 8 years old, well indexed, on second page for most major keywords, I already have 1000's incoming links, most are small/nobody type links (leftovers from article marketing, blogs, comments and such).

This may sound insane coming from me as a partner in linkpushing.net but I think if you have 100.00 to spend on linkbuilding and have 1000's of incoming links, at this time you would be better off buying a tool like scrape box and just hitting those incoming links with it.
I'd like your business and our service is strong and would be of benefit to you but considering your budget that might be your best bet.

Hmm, interesting. Well $100 is just a started to see any potential results. Hell, I'd spend $1,000's as long as I remained profitable. I used to give ebay $6,000 a month to sell $35,000...it was profitable!

Most certainly.
The backlinks that are on those sites are aiding your site and if they are stronger backlinks, they will aid your site even more.

Linklicious is in the middle of upgrading their servers in order to handle the increased load and is at the mercy of the firm that handles that for them... the upgrade is imminent and when they have that in place, Kevin has some minor work to do on our end so there will be little to no delay once the new hardware is in place.
Like you, I just can't wait!
