Currently the report gives you the web 2.0 properties and the social bookmarking sites in a txt file. The additional report will give you the article sites as well and will be "backdated"... by that I mean that any pushes you have done it the past will have the all the reports as that us how we (by We, I mean Kevin, my genius partner in this) handled the Web 2.0 and Social bookmarking reports.

Is it possible for me to send you a french article about my website, in order for you to use it for the linkpush?
or the article has to be in english ?
The properties taht we submit to are all English properties... I would think that an article in French would not get approved by a lot of them. You could submit an English article with the anchor text your French keyword though.

I will provide you my keywords and i hope you will be able to put them in the message, even if they are in french. If you think they wont be approved so the last solution is to use the URL as keyword but well... would prefer the real kw.

I do several a month for each of my urls and often target different keywords in the process... getting some of the ancillary keywords that could generate traffic for a site ranked is a great way to build a stronger visitor base.
The nice thing about the service is that you can target one keyword, a bunch of keywords, one url or a bunch of different urls so the flexibility is massive when it comes to building targeted traffic.
Updated Review:
I ordered the service last week. So far I've setup 10 sites and the properties have been pushed out. I'm already seeing some backlinks popup in YSE. So far it looks like it's going to be a good service and one of the few I'll continue to use. I can't say for sure that my increase in SERPs are related to this service since I use other services too but I'm liking what I'm seeing.
There are very few services on BHW that I use and these guys know what they're doing.

We are selling a service that will build backlinks in the structure that you see below using article directories and web 2.0 properties. After they are built, we ping them, social bookmark them and submit the RSS feeds. I addition to that we generate an aggregated RSS feed for you so you can submit that to your favorite places.

Sorry, we do not offer that option and I'll try and explain why that doesn't work for our service. We use a fairly large pool of Web 2.0 Accounts that we rotate in and out for the different properties. We do that so the accounts remain active, add new content on a regular basis and do not get deleted due to inactivity.
To change the system to allow others to use their own accounts would undermine this process and benefit.
I wish I could help you, Canada, but we do have some limitations in what we can offer and that is one.
