After solving some misunderstanding, I received the report.
_The report looks nice and organized.
_Order 400 links, received 440 links.
_Manually check random links and lots of them are Error pages or even Error domains. But he delivered more than 400 links so it's fine.
_Spun article is not high quality but for that kind of money invested it's reasonable
_Most are PR0 sites
_Haven't seen any SERP movements but I'm going to build some links to these to get some juice.

Nice service and customer service, great guy to deal with, answer email and help his customer to the end.
