So I am cautious with blog networks since this purchase would be for a white hat site (my seo firm), but I like the fact these are manual spins. Would you still recommend this as "safe" for a business to use?

Spinning urls is not possible. You can drip the submissions if you are suspicious. Our default is 3 weeks dripping and you can request custom period in the order notes.
