Sorry I don't give samples but you can read the reviews quoted in the first post. Every post page is dedicated to your links. no blog roll or comments etc.. Just your links in the post body.

Yes every single blog has it's own top level .com domain and it's own unique c-class ip and name servers. You get too much diversity in domains/ips with this service.

Yes they are all indexed. We and I'm sure our customers too check indexing status periodically to ensure that. More over, many blogs are getting ranking in google for long tail keywords that they were never been optimized for and that means google likes them.
