Wow, this is pretty fast delivery. Got the keyword in about 10mins after me asking for the free review copy.

I gotta admit this guy is great, he sent me a keyword that has 40,500 Exact Search / 200k Broad!
He also sent me a printscreen of market samurai's seo analysis, and by the look of it the ranking seems alright. Here are some specs:
All the sites PR 0.
None of the top 10 sites have complete onpage seo, there are one or two which have keyword in the domain and thats it. (Title, Domains, Heading, Desc etc...)
Provided a genuine keyword that would actually sell some sort of product not just a random information keyword. The audience searching this keyword would be buying the product.
Cache age average is about 5days which shows google is not crawling the top 10 sites as much.
With some edu links and normal backlinks I think I can rank for this keyword almost in few weeks and by the looks of it the audience is bound to convert into $$$.
The seller even provided some helpful tips on how to get domain ranking high in this particular niche.
