Sorry was way too busy to actually leave a review, tho this deserves a review.

I gotta say, very fast service! I paid with paypal and in about 15 minutes i got my keyword. The keyword was great, 8100 monthly searches and 14800 broad searches. My competitors in this niche were non existent. Haven't had much time to set an actual site up but i'm sure with some proper on-site seo and some backlinks i can make a lot of adsense cash!

Questions were answered fast, and order was delivered fast. After my order i didn't have any questions because the mail was delivered very clearly.

1. EMD is not something I use for qualification, however there are a lot of keywords that have EMD available because they are untapped or have very low competition.

2. Keywords are for products, CPA offers, untapped niches.

Yes! I sell products that are for products, CPA offers, and Adsense! They are all monetizable. They are not "general terms".

***Edit*** to answer the question above- My keywords are not only for Adsense, but also for CPA, Amazon Affiliates, Clickbank, etc. Every keyword I send is marketable, so if you want a specific CPC please let me know when you order. A general rule of thumb is that the higher the CPC the lower the search volume, just letting you all know!

I ordered a product keyword the other day and the stats are excellent. Looking at ~4k exact searches a month, up to almost ~15k broad searches a month. The product is something people are looking for this time of the year especially (bonus) but will be viable throughout the year, and monetizing it definitely won't be an issue.

I was able to score an exact match .com and setup shop immediately. The top 10 competition is extremely soft but there's a wealth of info out there on the keyword to rewrite and incorporate into my pages.

I went ahead and picked up another few keywords today to keep me busy, they're worth every penny.
