That's not quite accurate xenoxen, the only requirement I have is you must have a Paypal account, or sign up for one when you purchase OR use a credit card, and as I stated above in the original part of my sales thread the ONLY way you're allowed to pay using any other method is for orders of 2 cblocks or more through Western Union. I thought that was kind of self-explanatory. Sorry for your confusion.

I welcome "small fish", as you put it, otherwise I wouldn't have a 2-IP Pack included as one of my options. Yes it's added as a subscription but that can be cancelled at any time in your Paypal account and you won't be cutoff until the end of your paid period.

And I do trust people, people that I know. This is a blackhat forum in case you hadn't noticed and while there are some fantastically nice and trustworthy people here there are also some that should probably hide in dark corners away from "decent citizens".

So it's not that I don't trust anyone, it's that I don't know you enough to trust you with MY income is all.

This is also not correct . I do have a PP account with funds on it . The cost of IPs is 23.5$ I have more than 50$. I can't buy them without adding CC/DC so I can't buy it with 'my' PP funds. You loose customer - that's all. Thanks.

Oh that's right I had forgotten that I ticked the "Must be a Paypal Verified Account" box for subscriptions. I'm sorry that for whatever reason you don't have a verified account with them, but I'm not sure why you would begrudge me trying to protect my income and NOT want a verified account anyways? I'm sure you must have your reasons though.

My reason for requiring that is to try and minimise fraud as much as possible. Doesn't Paypal allow a linked bank account or something in your country?

Ok I now have NO idea why Paypal wouldn't allow you to subscribe. I thought I understood the process when I said what I did above but actually I was wrong above when I said I had ticked a box requiring a verified paypal account, it's Paypal who it looks like requires that for creating subscriptions and not me. I do have the option to allow echeques (echecks) turned off though but I don't think they're allowed for subscriptions anyway.

I'm not sure why Paypal isn't allowing you guys to purchase a subscription but I found this link on paypal that may have some bearing on this.

I don't really have a problem with using buy now buttons for a once off payment except for the fact that my programmer would have to do an extensive and EXPENSIVE rewrite of my shopping cart system, which I'd rather not do until things have stabilised somewhat.

I'm not sure how many people this affects but so far you're the only two who appear to have hit this problem and maybe you should check with Paypal yourselves about why this is happening.

OUTAGE DUE WITHIN 15 MINUTES:

There will be a small outage today, within the next 15 minutes from this posting, as we have to move some cblocks around, remove some and add some others to manage our load balancing to further improve our service to you our clients. Once this happens you will get another email almost immediately with your new proxy assignments.

The outage will be very minimal, maybe 5 minutes tops, but you will have to check your IP list afterwards as you may lose some IPs but others will be added in their place.

Anyone with problems afterwards please let me know immediately either through the instant chat box or through the support ticket system at http://www.ipfreelyproxies.net/support/index.php and please use your registered paypal account to make troubleshooting easier.

We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this but the disruption should be minimal.

Not all clients will be impacted as this only affects 4 cblocks on 2 servers, which is just a small subset of all the servers and cblocks we now have.

All affected configurations have been modified and restarted and every one of them tested as working, if not then please let me know.

The paypal subscription issue occurs when the added card expires. Even if the subscription cost is less than the available balance paypal wouldn't allow the user to make a purchase. It's pain for users.

Oh really? I've always said I dislike them for my payment options but it's kind of hard to not go with them as everyone else I've investigated either pays monthly or has even more exorbitant fees.

With my subscriptions though that kind of doesn't matter as we have a set timeout of 32 days as a "just in case" system when the IPN system may be playing up or something, plenty of time to add a new card. When you purchase again we only look at the paypal email address and so you'll get the same login again, just different proxies.

Like I said above we don't currently have the option of a buy now system, ONLY by subscription, which you can cancel at any time in Paypal before your next monthly payment is due.

I'm not going to get my programmer to do a rewrite of my complete system at a cost of hundreds of dollars to me right now. Sorry, that's just the way it is right now.

I used Tex's proxies about 6-8 months ago and I was a recurring customer for months. Tex is a stand up guy who was online 24/7, his proxies truly are exclusive and EXTREMELY fast and uptime is 98%+. I'd assume he will provide the same great service.

I'm sorry I won't be buying from you this time around Tex, I'm still with the guys you sold your old biz to.
