I placed an order with you on 8/15 and it was successfully processed. I logged in today and my status is still showing as pending. When can I expect you to complete my order?

Guys,
We are not taking more orders at the moment. We are yet to send a number of reports for the already completed campaigns. We are in bit of trouble since the person who leads the guys and sends out reports have gone out of town to attend her bro's wedding. We expect to get her back by end of this week or on Monday.
If you had placed your order and are waiting for the reports, kindly be patient as we are trying hard to send the reports as quickly as possible.
