I've answered your questions below :

Will this work for a new website?

Yes, it does work for brand new sites and it's perfectly safe to use as well. Just make sure that your target URLs are indexed in Google, before you go ahead with your order.

Also, can I split your professional package to 5 urls, but only 1 keyword (the same keyword) for all?

We usually accept 3-4 URLs max as using more URLs means diluted results. But we could use same keyword everywhere. However, it's best to use 2-3 keyword variations.

Will It be safe to use your SEO service, and do no further work for the month for these websites?

Yes, it is. This package will usually finish in around 10 working days and you will get to see some results soon after that.
