Tier1 : A small number of web 2.0 properties,articles posted in top article directories, small number of links coming in from video directories

Tier2 : A relatively large number of web 2.0 properties linking randomly to tier1 sites

8. We submit the spun content to the following networks :

-> Article Marketing Automation (more than 20000 blogs and article directories )

-> ArticleRanks (around 5000 niche blogs)

-> ArticleBlueprint (around 500 do-follow article directories)

-> SEOLinkvine (similar size to AMA)

9. Each URL will be pinged to 50 pinging services ( total more than 10,000 pings )

10. All URLs will be added to our BLE network and each link we build get backlinks from 10 wordpress blogs and 6-7 web 2.0 blogs. This is to boost all the backlinks we build.

Yes, this service is safe even for brand new sites. However, please make sure that a good number of your pages are indexed in Google. Otherwise it's better to wait till they are indexed. It may not seem natural if we start building links to a URL which is not even indexed in Google.
