Surprisingly, this service is very good. Tom and his crew did a good job. They may need to work on English syntax a little bit but overall for the price they give you a link network that is competitive with these guys charging much more. Placed my order on 3rd March received my report on 18th March but this was not the full job. The email said profile links and blog comments are still being retrieved and will follow. So I am outstanding a further report for these.

In my opinion the quality of the work is first class and the report layout is excellent. The problem is a case of over promissing and under delivering on time scales. Like most memebers I dont mind waiting if I am getting a great service but I do need to know what the expected time scale is to complete a job. The op quotes 10 business days to complete a job, 20 days later I have not received a completed report.

Now I dont want this post to sound totaly negative, the work done is fist class and I have no doubt that it will have an impact on serps, the video quality is real slick and considering I didnt give them any real guidance on article content they made a great job of that to. I am starting to see positive results for the ranking for the site used so no complaints there and I know G is indexing the sites because some were picked up for my keywords by G alerts.

Would I use them again? Sure would, the op just needs to give more realistic time scales for completion, this would also save them answering endless queries from people chasing orders.

Yes, you're right. We are behind our schedule for the add-on reports. This was due to a 3 day blackout happened where our guys are located. This caused delays in some of the orders, but we are almost back to our regular schedule now. Few of our members who were assigned to do the add-on blog comments and directory submissions had to be shifted to work on the base package and this has caused delays there. Such a long outage was something we never expected to happen.

But yes, we should be back to track by this weekend. And the updated report will reach you in next few hours. I have PM'd you also.
