You seem to be missing from here? heehe...anyway I got my report about 2 days back after my post here. Was checking it when I noticed that some of the anchor text used was not correct. A bit of typo here and there, and I think you should make it known to your team that it's very CRITICAL to get this part correct, otherwise it's just a waste of SEO effort.

I've just emailed your team but I'm not sure you would be aware of it or not so I'd just let you know over here.

For the record, I do like the scope of your SEO work and would continue using it, but your team should be more detailed though with regards to the linking work.

Thanks so much for your review.

In fact, the actual work on each order is being completed on time. We do have a real bottleneck when it comes to sending reports as we were having only one person to do the Q/A and send out the reports. Unfortunately she was going through bit of health issues with chronic asthma and some kind of allergy. This resulted in a delay in sending out the reports. But all other team members are working full time and all tasks are being finished on time.

Right now we have close to 20 orders which were completed in past 3 days and these reports will be sent to everyone by tonight or early tomorrow.

Well, I totally agree with you on client support. We were using 5pmweb as a means to update clients, but it seems most of the emails from this tool do not reach anyone.

We have already got a person only for client support and she is just getting her basic training right now. She will be available everyday 12-14 hours and will be doing a pro-active support, instead of waiting for clients to do the follow up. This is something we had lacked earlier and we will try and remove this negative aspect from our offering.

Pros: You guys did a great job on my order, saved me a lot of time. Actually, a service at BHW that is worth paying for, if you are a busy person & not a total beginner.

Cons: you need to improve your customer service, communication, especially follow ups & change your promised deadline of 10 days to at least 15 or more. Clearly you are having hard time delivering within 10 day timeframe, part of which is not even your fault, since you have to wait for approvals from sites you have no control over. The timing doesn't bother me much, communication does. If it weren't for these I would have ordered another one or two already.

Not sure what happened. I ordered on the 16th of this month. After almost a week, no work was done on my project based on the 5pm site report. Only after I emailed support about the lack of progress did work started, and that also I didn't get any response from your support explaining the situation.

It's 2 weeks now and based on the 5pm site, work just completed on the last day of the year. The slight delay was tolerable but the lack of communication from your people is not a good thing. Till now I have not received my report with those URLs. Maybe you might want to extend the project to 14 days instead of the mentioned 10, so that your end could cope with it.

Still waiting for the report.

I'm waiting for my report too (LN198 & LN199).
At 5pm report all tasks are marked as done since 22 of December, but no full report yet.
I haven't seen any backlinks yet for my site (testing with site explorer).

I received my order today. I admit that this delivery time was quite long. However, the report is perfect : I checked some links randomly and they are all placed...

All in all, tom4business delivers exactly what he promises. And for this price, it's well worth the money. I can see that his service involves a lot of work !

I'm definitely happy with this service and I'm expecting good results.

The only thing that you can (and should) improve is the delivery time.
