Will it have any negative side-effect to my site after the penguin update? I do not want to get my site slapped again. This was my 1st order with Tom/Sherryl, and the service was very organized and rendered in a timely manner as described in the service offering.

I received my report today, have noticed a slight increase in serp movement for the 2 keyword phrases I submitted (highly competitive), and so everything seems great thus far.

The true test will be if my serp gains maintain their positions over the next few weeks (i.e. if the links/results stick), and better yet, if they continually improve WITHOUT RETRACTING NOR REGRESSING back to the starting point (or even worse) as I have experienced with other providers.

Thus, if my website sustains its position for at least 3 weeks, I will be placing bulk orders on a monthly basis as I am currently exercising with other providers.

It's purely a numbers game, and nothing else matters.

Show me good numbers, and I'll give you my money.

Here's my review.

This is for a 100% fresh website. I purchased the domain on April 16th and let it sit here with a parking page until I put the website online on May 8th. The domain is hyphened, and it is a .COM. The parking page was indexed by Google. The real website was indexed on May 14th by Google. The website is a very simple 1-page website based on Wordpress, plus a contact form and a privacy policy.

This was my 1st order with Link Joos. I ordered the standard package on May 7th. I asked them to start on May 10 because my website was not online at the time of ordering and I wasn't sure when I'd have the time to complete it.

On May 8th I received an email with my login info to access a dashboard where I can see what they have planned on a calendar, and I can track what has been completed. Very neat and very well organized.

As planned, they started the link building on May 10th. And they completed the whole order on May 15th. I received a very detailed report on May 16th.

I was 100% satisfied already.

But then the really great stuff happens. I had been tracking my SERPs since I put the website online and I was nowhere to be found.... until a couple of hours after I received the report. What a funny coincidence! I was tracking the 3 keywords I provided when ordering.

According to Adwords Keyword Tool:

Keyword #1 : 8100 exact searches
Keyword #2 : 5400 exact searches
Keyword #3 : 2400 exact searches

And my SERPs as of May 16th:

KW1 : 18
KW2 : 4
KW3 : 18

According to my stats I'm also ranking for a couple more keywords.

I also tracked my SERPs today and they are slowly improving. I'll continue tracking them and will post regular updates to see how well they hold!
