Can you do foreign languages? If so, please elaborate a little bit via PM how do you it differently than English websites. Looking for 1 provider for monthly SEO services for foreign languages and willing to pay for quality.
 
Does it effective nowadays, specially if you are blasting 100s of articles? Google doesn't give backlinks juice benefits for the links coming from article directories.
